Eflanli LLC is the real estate brokerage division of a multigenerational family-owned real estate conglomerate based in Parkland, Florida. With roots dating back to 1992, the Eflanli family has built a powerful legacy in Florida’s real estate market—combining brokerage services, strategic investments, development, and direct portfolio management.
Founded by Matt ilker Eflanli, Eflanli LLC is known for its disciplined approach to property acquisition, its multilingual, international reach, and its commitment to long-term value. The firm serves as both a full-service real estate brokerage and the management arm of the family’s private portfolio, which includes residential, agricultural, and commercial assets.

Matt ilker Eflanli, Founder, Principal Broker
Matt ilker Eflanli began his real estate career in 1992 in South Florida and has over 35 years of experience across all facets of the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems degrees. Fluent in Turkish, Italian, German, and Spanish, Matt specializes in working with a wide array of international clients and institutional investors. Under his leadership, Eflanli LLC has developed, managed, and brokered millions in real estate assets, building a reputation for integrity, strategic vision, and long-term value.
Eren John Eflanli, VP Marketing & Real Estate, Licensed Realtor Associate, BBA FAU
Eren is the eldest son of Matt Eflanli and a licensed real estate agent at Eflanli LLC. He earned his BBA in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University in 2024.
With a sharp eye for branding, content, and market strategy, Eren leads the firm’s marketing and client outreach efforts. He represents both residential and commercial clients and plays a key role in expanding the company’s online presence and marketing reach.
Derin John Eflanli, VP of Finance & Investments, BBA FAU
Derin, Matt’s youngest son, graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2025 with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He brings financial discipline and strategic insight to the family business, with a focus on deal analysis, forecasting, and growth planning.
Derin is instrumental in managing the company’s internal financials and identifying new investment opportunities that align with the Eflanlı family’s long-term vision.
