With roots dating back to 1912, the Eflanli family has built a powerful legacy in Florida’s real estate market—combining brokerage services, strategic investments, development, and direct portfolio management.
Founded by Matt ilker Eflanli, Eflanli LLC is known for its disciplined approach to property acquisition, its multilingual, international reach, and its commitment to long-term value. The firm serves as both a full-service real estate brokerage and the management arm of the family’s private portfolio, which includes residential, agricultural, and commercial assets.

Matt ilker Eflanli began his real estate career in 1992 in South Florida and has over 35 years of experience across all facets of the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems degrees. Fluent in Turkish, Italian, German, and Spanish, Matt specializes in working with a wide array of international clients and institutional investors. Under his leadership, Eflanli LLC has developed, managed, and brokered millions in real estate assets, building a reputation for integrity, strategic vision, and long-term value.
